KIMBERLY LAHM, LMFT

Kimberly Lahm is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 21 years of experience. She received her undergraduate degree in Speech Communication from the Pennsylvania State University and her graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. Kimberly began her career working with children from violent homes and has continued working in the interpersonal violence field for much of her career. Over the last 15 years, Kimberly has worked for the military, in varying capacities, and currently holds a full-time policy position.

Kimberly believes in the transformative power of therapy to help clients grow, heal and connect to their true selves. She is an actively engaged therapist who uses humor, empathy and a trauma-informed approach to connect with her clients and support them in their therapeutic goals. She provides individual and couples therapy on a variety of presenting challenges, such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, emotional intimacy, communication, adjusting to new life circumstances, and trauma related to intimate partner abuse, sexual assault, workplace violence and past childhood experiences with violence.
