Sarah Smarr is a graduate of The University of Mount Union, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Sarah brings over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including more than a decade serving as a Mental Health Case Manager. Her background includes extensive experience within both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, with knowledge spanning both direct client care and administrative operations. Throughout her career, Sarah has remained passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She strongly believes that there are seasons in life when therapy and emotional support can provide meaningful healing, growth, and guidance. Outside of her professional background, Sarah and her husband stay actively involved raising their four children and supporting their many sports and extracurricular activities. Her professional experience, combined with the personal perspective of balancing life as a wife, mother, and professional, allows her to bring a genuine sense of compassion, empathy, understanding, and authenticity into every interaction and connection she makes.
