pricing & fees

Depending on the clinician and service, fees may vary slightly, but typically fall between $180 - $220 per session.

Some of our clinicians are considered in-network with Aetna and Kaiser insurance plans.

If you have a different insurance carrier, or see one of our out-of-network clinicians, we will provide you with an invoice to submit for reimbursement, should your plan provide out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider directly for specific information on coverage and reimbursement amounts. If you have questions about this, we can help guide you through this process.

  • Some of our clinicians are considered in-network with Aetna and Kasier insurance plans and some are out-of-network. See our clinician profiles to determine if a clinician is in or out of network.

  • If your clinician is in-network you will be asked to complete some additional initial paperwork. We can usually let you know within a few hours what your copay or deductible will be. We will submit your claims to your insurance carrier through our partner company Headway after each session.

  • If your clinician is considered out-of-network you may still be eligible to receive reimbursement through your insurance plan. You will be provided with a Superbill after each session which you can submit directly.

  • We recommend calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

    • What are my out-of-network benefits for mental health in an outpatient office setting?

    • What is my deductible and has it been met?

    • What is the coverage amount for sessions billed as 90837?

    • Is preauthorization required?
